At Van den Heuvel, we keep all disciplines under one roof. This makes us flexible, efficient and able to deliver high-quality customized solutions. In our specialized workshops – hydraulics, metalworking, repair & overhaul, new construction and electrical – a team of professionals works daily on the development, construction and maintenance of machines.

With our spacious warehouse, where a wide range of parts are directly in stock, we can switch quickly and minimize downtime for customers. This is how we combine craftsmanship with service and reliability.

Hydraulic workshop

In our hydraulic workshop, cylinders, pumps, motors and complete hydraulic systems are built, overhauled and tested. Thanks to our expertise and extensive testing options, we guarantee reliable performance and a long service life of the components.

Metal workshop

Our metal workshop forms the basis of the machine construction process. Here we process and weld steel and other materials with great precision. From small parts to complete constructions: everything is manufactured in-house for a robust and durable end result.

Repair & Overhaul

In the Repair & Overhaul workshop, machines and parts are given a second life. We carry out repairs and overhaul complete systems so that they function optimally for years to come. We do this efficiently and with an eye for quality, so that downtime for our customers is kept to a minimum.

New-build workshop

Engineering and craftsmanship come together in the new construction workshop. Here we build complete machines and installations, fully tailored to the wishes of our customers. From initial design to delivery: we ensure that every machine is ready for use.

Elektrical workshop

Our electrical department focuses on building and modifying electrical installations and control systems. We also integrate modern technologies into existing machines. By testing and checking, we ensure that everything functions reliably and safely.

Warehouse

Our spacious warehouse ensures that the right parts are always available. Thanks to a large assortment and smart stock management processes, we can deliver quickly and limit downtime for customers. This makes our service complete and efficient.

Spray and blasting booth

In our spray and blasting booth, every machine or construction receives the correct finish. Here, parts are first blasted for a clean and even surface, after which we provide them with a durable coating. This ensures that our machines are optimally protected against weather influences and wear and tear and that they have a well-maintained, professional appearance.
