What will you be doing?
At 7:30 AM, your day starts in the Repair and Overhaul workshop together with the other mechanics. You discuss and distribute the work. Your priorities lie in organizing and coordinating the activities related to your project(s), and you are also primarily a working foreman. A project could be, for example, the electrification of a crane or an overhaul of a foundation machine. No day is the same. You are the point of contact for the other mechanics, and you regularly communicate with the Workshop Manager. In addition, you ensure that the parts you need are available so that your colleagues can continuously carry out their work.
You will be part of a collegial team of mechanics. Varied and dynamic work with plenty of room for your own input. Training and education are offered regularly.
Do you have the following skills:
- Minimum of MBO 4 Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably several years of work experience as a foreman and experience with managing a group of mechanics
- Experience with construction, earthmoving machinery, or agricultural mechanization is a plus
- A customer-oriented, qualitative, professional and flexible attitude
