Flexibility and versatility
The PD Piling Rig easily converts a crane into a foundation machine. In Van den Heuvel’s workshop, the crane is equipped with a special leader that is mounted on the boom. Thanks to the innovative leader suspension, both a tube leader and a lattice leader can be used, creating maximum flexibility in deployment.
Special sliding table
An important part of the PD Piling Rig is the sliding table. Depending on the project, you can opt for a central telescopic sliding table or a version with two guide rails on the side of the machine. This makes the machine suitable for a wide range of foundation jobs and increases accuracy when positioning.
Extra functions and safety
In addition to the leader and sliding table, the crane is equipped with extra hydraulic functions, operating options and, if desired, extra winches. A capacity calculation is always performed to ensure the stability and safety of the machine. If necessary, extra ballast is added to guarantee optimum balance.
Long reach and versatility
The PD Piling Rig offers a long working range and can work both forwards and backwards in inclined position 4:1, depending on the length of the leader. Thanks to the lowerable leader, the machine is also ideal for projects on pontoons or scaffolding. This makes the PD Piling Rig very suitable for hydraulic engineering and civil projects.
