Innovative and efficient sheet pile installation
The VDH-Sheetpiler Telescopic combines vibration and pressing in one machine. The big difference with traditional methods is that this machine can also apply pressing pre-tension to the sheet pile. This makes installation faster and with greater accuracy, increasing the overall efficiency of the project.
Extendable mast and large reach
The telescopic mast can extend 5 meters and is equipped with two additional mast sections. This allows a maximum pin height of 23.4 meters, allowing sheet pile planks up to 21 meters in length and 3,750 kg in weight to be installed. This significantly increases usability, even in large or complex projects.
Compact and stable design
The VDH-Sheetpiler Telescopic is ideal for projects with limited workspace or when working from a pontoon. The undercarriage can be hydraulically widened to 5.5 meters for maximum stability during work. For transport, the machine is compact with dimensions of only 3.65 × 13.5 meters, ensuring efficient and cost-effective relocation.
Hydraulic power pack and durability
A specially weighted frame has been developed in place of the original ballast weight, which also carries the power pack. This power pack can be hydraulically deposited, keeping the transport weight lower. Depending on the required power, a separate power pack and vibratory block can be chosen, so that the latest requirements are always met. All VDH machines are standard equipped with a modern Stage V engine, which means they meet the strictest emission standards.
