Customization as standard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Van den Heuvel, customization means more than just modifying a machine. We distinguish four main areas within our customization activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Axle drop \u2013 greater range and flexibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An axle drop<\/strong> is a constructive adjustment to the pivot point of the boom, allowing it to move higher or further back. This results in a higher pin height and greater range, allowing the machine to work closer and be used more efficiently in a variety of tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Ballast increase \u2013 more stability with heavy loads<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With an increased range, extra balance is crucial. With a ballast increase<\/strong>, we increase the counterweight of the machine, making it stable and safely moving heavy or long loads, such as sheet pile planks. This is a frequently used adjustment in combination with an axle drop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Jib & Runner \u2013 extra reach in height and length<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The combination of a jib<\/strong> (extension arm) and runner<\/strong> (linear guide) makes it possible to increase the working distance horizontally or vertically. This makes hard-to-reach places accessible without having to move the machine. This adjustment increases productivity and significantly increases the application possibilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. HDHW \u2013 reinforced undercarriage for heavy applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Stability is essential for foundation work, demolition and civil projects. With an HDHW modification<\/strong>, we raise and widen the undercarriage, making the machine even more stable and suitable for the toughest conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
