Customization as standard

We distinguish four main areas within our customization activities:
1. Axle drop – greater range and flexibility
An axle drop is a constructive adjustment to the pivot point of the boom, allowing it to move higher or further back. This results in a higher pin height and greater range, allowing the machine to work closer and be used more efficiently in a variety of tasks.
2. Ballast increase – more stability with heavy loads
With an increased range, extra balance is crucial. With a ballast increase, we increase the counterweight of the machine, making it stable and safely moving heavy or long loads, such as sheet pile planks. This is a frequently used adjustment in combination with an axle drop.
3. Jib & Runner – extra reach in height and length
The combination of a jib (extension arm) and runner (linear guide) makes it possible to increase the working distance horizontally or vertically. This makes hard-to-reach places accessible without having to move the machine. This adjustment increases productivity and significantly increases the application possibilities.
4. HDHW – reinforced undercarriage for heavy applications
Stability is essential for foundation work, demolition and civil projects. With an HDHW modification, we raise and widen the undercarriage, making the machine even more stable and suitable for the toughest conditions.
More than modifications: specials and cabin elevations
In addition to these four important modifications, we also offer complete specials and customized solutions at project level. Think of machine conversions for new applications, unique constructions or cabin elevations for optimal visibility and improved ergonomics.
