The Sennebogen 6220 Duty Cycle Crane delivers excellent performance in harsh conditions. The 220-ton lifting capacity combined with 2 × 350 kN free-fall winches makes this crane particularly suitable for deep operations such as lifting or grabbing tasks. The engine power meets the strictest Stage V emission standards. Thanks to the lifting height of 74.7 meters in lifting mode, the 6220 achieves impressive performance in range and capacity.
Engine & winches
The machine is available with CAT C18 or CAT C27 engine variants. Free-fall winches deliver high tractive force and have a large wire capacity, reducing wear and extending service life.

Comfort & safety
The Sennebogen 6220 Duty Cycle Crane is equipped with a spacious Maxcab cabin, standard 20° tiltable and optionally hydraulically raised by 2.0 meters for better visibility. The cabin is equipped with an ergonomic seat, climate control, and intuitive controls. The SENCON control system supports the operator with real-time display of machine data, safety limits, and ground pressure display. Safety features such as railings, access paths, and height protection ensure additional safety on the construction site.
Stability & transport
For stability, the 6220 uses a Starlifter undercarriage with a width of 6,400 mm and a length of approximately 9,280 mm. For transport, the tracks can be removed, which considerably reduces the transport width. The ballast concept has a modular structure and the machine has a self-assembly system, making assembly and deployment quick and efficient.
