With a mast consisting of four parts including jib, the VDH-Sheetpiler 4-part reaches a working height of 20 meters and a range of approximately 19 meters. This makes it possible to place sheet piles up to 17 meters in length with extreme precision. An excavator in the 50-ton class is ideal for the required base machine, so that the machine is shown to its best advantage.
Stability and accuracy
The hydraulically extendable undercarriage up to 5.1 meters ensures maximum stability during work. Thanks to the compressive pre-stress, the sheet pile can be installed with high precision, which not only increases efficiency, but also significantly improves the quality of the end result.
Innovative power pack system
Instead of the original ballast weight, the VDH-Sheetpiler 4-part is equipped with a specially weighted frame on which the power pack is mounted. This power pack can be easily removed with hydraulic cylinders, resulting in a lower transport weight and cost-efficient transport. In addition, the frame with power pack also serves as a ballast weight. Depending on the project requirements, a separate power pack and vibratory block can be selected, which always meets the latest standards.
